Abstract Edge Joins Top 50 Interactive Ad Agencies On BtoB List
Agency Dedicated to Principles of Cause-Based Marketing Increases Business With Clairol Professional, MyIsraelSource.com and LiquidNet
March 17, 2003 (New York, NY) ‹ Abstract Edge, an interactive marketing firm, announced today that they have been named one of the 50 top interactive ad agencies by BtoB, the magazine for marketing strategists in the business to business space.
Abstract Edge, whose mission is applying the fundamental principles of activism, grassroots and cause-based marketing to communication initiatives for not-for profit companies and major brands alike, has also announced new campaigns and redesigns for Clairol Professional, a division of Proctor & Gamble, MyIsraelSource.com, a charity funded by the Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies, and LiquidNet, an institutional electronic brokerage firm.

MyIsraelSource.com (MIS), a virtual community of Jewish educators dedicated to the education of the community on Israel, has retained Abstract Edge to enhance their site with new community tools, user feedback and a new content management system to allow better restructuring of current content, while also allowing for the uploading of new multimedia content. The redesign launched March 1st.lairol Professional will utilize Abstract Edge's services to launch a redesign of their flagship web property for haircolor professionals, ClairolPro.com. The new branding and design campaign will feature new navigation functionalities and a homepage that supports the Company message: "A Stroke of Color Genius." This theme will include renamed sections and new content to emphasize artistry and color mastery for students and professional stylists and colorists. Among the many technical improvements are an overhauled registration and login process, enhancements to the promotion engine and user survey backend and the expansion of print and tell-a-friend functionalities.
LiquidNet, which provides a decentralized Alternative Trading System that allows the world's largest money management institutions to trade extremely large blocks of equities anonymously and with little or no market impact, has brought Abstract Edge on to create a Content Management System for them that integrates with their Intranet. Abstract Edge is also redesigning and developing LiquidNet's Intranet and their Corporate and Member sites, which will also be integrated with their Content Management System.
